A rental agreement is required to book the space. Any event discussed is considered tentative until the agreement is signed. Decorations are not provided. Parties are welcome to bring their own decorations as long as they are reasonable (no glitter, confetti etc…) and do not cause damage to the building. No outside food or alcohol with the exception of wine, which must be discussed as part of the agreement and will include a corkage fee.
